Absolutely! We always encourage seeing your primary care provider in person if you can but we know that can be difficult in some cases. We are also aware that many Canadians do not have access to a family doctor. We are here to help bridge that gap and help you get caught up with your preventative healthcare concerns.

Yes! Prescription renewals are subject to a physician consultation. Not all medications can be renewed and these may include controlled medications or medications your healthcare provider determines needs an in person visit. At times, a telehealth visit isn't the most appropriate care option for you.

We are able to send referrals to specialists for preventative healthcare concerns and assist in coordinating care.
